• The shipping time is an indication. You will receive a track & trace link to follow your parcel once it has left our atelier.
• Your orders will be dispatched the same day if you place it before 15.00 hrs. (AMS Time) within The Netherlands and EU-countries and before 17.00 hrs / 5.00PM (HK Time) for Hongkong and the rest of the world.
• The indicated shipping time does not include weekends, holidays and/or unforeseeable conditions – such as weather, volume, traffic, etc.
• Deliveries outside EU-countries and Hongkong may be subject to additional custom duties and/or service fees. Gisser Jewels does not have any control over these extra costs, which vary per country. Added paid costs by you will not be refunded in the case of a return or exchange.
